A starting guide to Point Cook’s community centres
Community centres are useful places to begin when you want to find a local group or a regular activity in Point Cook. The right programme depends on the current term, the organiser and the people it is intended for.
Four places to know
Wyndham’s Point Cook activity guide lists Point Cook Community Learning Centre at 1–21 Cheetham Street, Featherbrook Community Centre at 33–35 Windorah Drive, Jamieson Way Community Centre at 59 Jamieson Way and Saltwater Community Centre at 153 Saltwater Promenade.
These venues host a changing mix of activities. A centre address is a starting point for finding an organiser, rather than a guarantee that a particular class is available.
Read the current programme
A published Wyndham Point Cook activity guide shows how activities are grouped by venue. That document is for Term 2 of 2026; use it as background and obtain the current programme from Wyndham before booking.
Confirm fees, ages, accessibility, materials and whether registration is needed with the organiser.
Sport nearby
Saltwater Reserve is a separate council-managed multi-sport facility. Consult Wyndham’s reserve listing for its location and facilities.
